Our Narcotic Detector Dogs are carefully hand selected for their temperament. They have extremely high levels of drive and they enjoy working for long periods of time. Our Narcotic Detector Dogs are trained to detect the following odors:

The cost for a Narcotic Detector Dog includes an extensive two week handler school. The dog is fully trained before the officer arrives and the course is intended to train the officer to handle the dog and for the bonding process with his new partner. Each handler attending the course must pass a written examination and earn certification with his new partner before returning to duty.
